The box was sturdy and held up well. It also looked nice without being over the top, which I appreciated.

My cookies showed up way later than expected again, which was annoying. The way the updates came across made it seem like they weren’t too worried about it, but maybe that’s just how I read the tone. Either way, not the best experience.

The cookies tasted fine, but I’ll be honest, I have a high standard when it comes to baked treats, and these didn’t really stand out to me. They were okay overall, but the delivery was a bit slower than I expected

I’m not totally sure, but the payment page just felt a bit sketchy to me. The card security didn’t seem as reassuring as I expected, so I felt kind of hesitant checking out.

They looked into it and sent out a replacement without dragging it out or making me jump through hoops. When it arrived, I went from annoyed to totally happy because everything was fine and the cookies were really good. Things happen, but they handled it in a fair way, so I’m giving them 5 stars.

I really liked how many flavors sweetcookies.org had to choose from. I was going to try just a couple, but, well, I ended up ordering a bunch because they all sounded good. The chocolate orange was definitely my favorite, and the lemon one was really nice too. A few were a little too sweet for me, but overall they were still good. I’d order again when I’m in the mood for something different

I get that handmade cookies aren’t going to be perfect, but the colors were really dull, the shapes were messy, and the decorating felt way off from what was shown. Got these cookies and they were definitely fresh, with a nice flavor overall. Found them a bit too sweet for my taste though, especially a couple of the flavors. Some were more balanced and went really well with coffee. Still enjoyed them, just couldn’t eat more than one or two at a time. Decent overall, probably depends on how sweet you like your cookies.

My refund got sorted way quicker than I expected. There was hardly any hassle at all, and I’m basically 100% sure it couldn’t have gone much smoother.
